No offer can be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Addicted to CLEAN reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offer at any time without notice.

The definition of 'regular' when referred to above means a minimum of 5 hours service per week per venue over a six calendar month period, unless otherwise stated. No discount given for the first six month period.

All payments for all services provided must be received before any cash, discounts, or free services are awarded.

'Prompt payment' within 5 days includes weekends, bank holidays and any other formally announced special occasion days. A discount will expire 6 weeks from the date of issue.  A discount  on one invoice can only be used on the next invoice. If you receive 2 invoices together for example (one for cleaning and one for property servcies) only the first invoice will be discounted. However, if, on paying the 2 invoices received within the required time, your next TWO invoices will both be discounted. Simply: 1 invoice = 1 discount.

For 'Group' and 'multiple venues' offers, all services provided must be similar or equal within each venue to qualify for any discount or award. Any venue that requires additional services or products from Addicted to CLEAN can purchase these, but additional services will not qualify for discount or award.

For 'Group' and 'multiple venues' offers, all individual venues must make full payment within 5 days of invoices being issued for discounts to be awarded.

Failure to comply with any aspect of these Terms & Conditions will result in any discount, award or free service being withdrawn immediately rendering all services thus provided to full charges. No compensation will be given for any discount, award or free service not provided or cancelled in this scenario.
